Kenichi Serada was born in Kitakyushu, Japan, on October 20, 1973. After finishing high school, he began his football career.
Starting with Kashima Antlers
In 1992, Kenichi joined a well-known Japanese football team called Kashima Antlers. Even though he was part of the team, he did not get to play in any official matches during his time there.
Playing for Cerezo Osaka
In 1996, Kenichi moved to another team, Cerezo Osaka. This is where he got his chance to play in professional matches. He played in a few games as a defender, often on the left side of the field. He retired from playing football at the end of the 1997 season.
