Kenta Bell facts for kids
Kenta Bell (born March 16, 1977) is an American track and field athlete. He is best known for competing in the triple jump. He won the triple jump event at the 2001 Universiade and also became the national champion in 2003. Kenta Bell also earned third place twice at the IAAF World Athletics Final.
Kenta Bell: A Triple Jump Star
Kenta Bell competed in many big events. He took part in the 2003 World Championships, where he finished 6th. He also competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics, finishing 9th. At the 2005 World Championships, he placed 7th.
He went to Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and graduated in 2001. Kenta Bell also competed in the 2008 Olympic Games. He placed second in the Olympic trials to qualify for the games. In the Olympics, he finished 25th in the qualifying stage.
