Kim Friedman (born November 14, 1949) is an American television director and producer. She has worked on many popular TV shows and movies. Kim Friedman is also known for her daughter's famous Instagram account, "CrazyJewishMom."
Kim Friedman's TV Career
Kim Friedman started her television career by directing many episodes of the sitcom Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. This show was created by Norman Lear. After that, she directed the first episode and other episodes of Square Pegs.
She directed episodes for many other well-known TV series. These include L.A. Law, The Love Boat, and Dynasty. She also worked on A Different World and Beverly Hills, 90210. Fans of science fiction might know her work on Babylon 5 and the Star Trek series. She directed episodes for Deep Space Nine and Voyager. Later, she directed for the popular show Lizzie McGuire.
Kim Friedman also directed a movie for ABC called Before and After. In 1988, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award. This was for directing the "Handroll Express" episode of L.A. Law. An Emmy Award is a very important prize for TV shows.
Theater and Other Projects
