Kinjiro Shimizu (清水 金二郎 (Shimizu Kinjirō)) was a Japanese football player. He played as a forward for the Japan national team. He is remembered for his single appearance for the national team in 1925.

Playing for Japan's National Team

Kinjiro Shimizu was a student at Kwansei Gakuin University when he got a big chance. In May 1925, he was chosen to play for the Japan national team. This was for the 1925 Far Eastern Championship Games. The games were held in Manila, a city in the Philippines.

On May 20, 1925, Shimizu played his first and only game for Japan. He played against the team from the Republic of China. Japan lost this match with a score of 0-2.
