Kipori Jermaine Woods (born September 4, 1971), known by his stage name Kipori 'Baby Wolf' Woods, is an American actor, singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. Kipori plays a mix of music styles, including gospel, blues, jazz, funk, and rap. He is the grandson of the famous bandleader and blues bass player 'Luscious' Lloyd Lambert. Kipori started singing gospel and playing guitar when he was very young. He has been a professional musician since the 1990s.

Kipori Woods was born in Houston, Texas. He moved to New Orleans and was raised by his grandfather, Lloyd Lambert. When Kipori was 12 years old, he performed with gospel choirs like the Zion Harmonizers and Raymond Miles.

As a teenager, Kipori learned what it was like to be a musician on tour. He traveled with his grandfather, Luscious Lloyd Lambert. His grandfather was a bandleader for famous artists such as Ray Charles, Little Richard, and Guitar Slim. In his twenties, Kipori played guitar for the first time in his grandfather's band, the Rudulph Brothers.

Kipori played hip hop and jazz music with his own group, Kipori Funk. He also studied jazz at New Orleans University with the well-known musician Ellis Marsalis Jr.. After his grandfather passed away in 1995, Kipori started playing blues music. He earned the nickname 'Baby Wolf' while working with another blues musician, Walter "Wolfman" Washington.
