What is Kirarin Revolution About?

The story follows Kirari Tsukishima, a 14-year-old girl. She loves food more than anything and doesn't care about idols or the entertainment world.

One day, Kirari helps a turtle stuck in a tree. The turtle's owner, a boy named Seiji, gives her a ticket to a concert as a thank you. At the concert, another boy, Hiroto, tears up her ticket. He warns her to stay away from Seiji, saying they live in "different worlds."

Kirari learns that Seiji and Hiroto are members of a famous idol group called Ships. She then understands what Hiroto meant by "different worlds." But Kirari is determined! She decides she will become an idol too, just to be closer to Seiji.

Becoming an idol is super hard and needs lots of training and talent. Kirari faces many challenges, including rivals and scandals. But with help from her friends and her strong spirit, she aims to become a top idol! As the story goes on, Kirari starts to have feelings for Hiroto instead.
