Knapp is a small town located in Jackson County, Wisconsin, in the United States. It is part of the state of Wisconsin. In the year 2000, about 275 people lived there. A small community called Lapham Junction is also found within the town of Knapp.

History of Knapp

The town of Knapp was officially created in 1889. It was formed from a part of another town called Millston.

Geography of Knapp

Knapp covers a total area of about 71.6 square miles (185.3 square kilometers). Most of this area, about 69.1 square miles (179.0 square kilometers), is land. The rest, about 2.4 square miles (6.3 square kilometers), is water. This means that about 3.38% of the town's total area is covered by water.
