Raymond is a small village located in Racine County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2020, about 3,926 people lived there.
Several smaller places are also part of the Raymond area. These include the communities of Kneeland and Raymond. There was once a place called Raymond Center, which is now a ghost town. Parts of North Cape and Union Church are also found within the village boundaries.

How Raymond Became a Village
In 2019, the area known as the Town of Raymond made a big change. It voted to become a village. This change was made easier by a special law. This law helped areas deal with changes from the Foxconn development.
Becoming a village helps Raymond in several ways. It stops nearby towns from taking parts of its land. It also gives the village more power to control how new buildings and areas are developed. Four years after this change, the Village of Raymond hired its first village administrator. This person now handles many of the jobs that the village clerk used to do.
