Kneippbrød (say it like "k-NYPE-brod") is a super popular type of whole wheat bread from Norway. It's named after a man called Sebastian Kneipp, who lived a long time ago (from 1821 to 1897). He was a priest from Bavaria (which is now part of Germany) and also a hydrotherapist, meaning he used water to help people feel better. This bread is actually the most popular bread in all of Norway!
