The Kohlsville River is a small river in eastern Wisconsin, a state in the United States. It flows through the community of Kohlsville. This river is entirely located within Washington County. It eventually flows into the East Branch Rock River.

Journey of the Kohlsville River

The Kohlsville River starts its journey near a community called Nabob. This area is part of the town of West Bend.

As the river flows, it reaches Kohlsville. Here, a dam was built across the river. This dam created a body of water known as the Kohlsville Millpond. After the millpond, the river continues its path. It flows under Interstate 41, which is a major highway.

Finally, the Kohlsville River joins with the East Branch Rock River. This meeting point is in a special area called the Theresa Marsh. Marshes are wetlands, which are important places for many plants and animals.
