Koki Otani (大谷 幸輝, Ōtani Kōki, born 8 April 1989 in Kumamoto) is a Japanese professional footballer. He plays as a goalkeeper for J3 League club Giravanz Kitakyushu.

Koki Otani was born in Kumamoto, Japan. He started playing football when he was young. He joined the youth team of Urawa Red Diamonds. This is a famous football club in Japan. He trained there to become a professional player.
