Kostas Polychroniou was born in a place called Platanistos, in Euboea, Greece. When he was just six months old, his family moved to Athens, a big city in Greece.
A Loyal Player
Kostas Polychroniou is known as a "one-club man." This means he played his entire career for just one team! That team was the famous Greek club Olympiacos F.C.. He played an amazing 305 games in Greece's top league, called Alpha Ethniki. In total, he played 662 games for Olympiacos, including many friendly matches.
