Kota Hattori's Football Journey

Kota Hattori was born in Narashino, Japan, on November 22, 1977. He loved football from a young age. After finishing high school, he joined a big football club called Sanfrecce Hiroshima in 1996. This club played in the J1 League, which is Japan's top football league.

Early Career and Becoming a Regular Player

Kota made his first professional appearance on November 19, 1996. This was during the last game of the 1996 season. By 1998, he had become a key player for Sanfrecce Hiroshima. He played as a left side midfielder and was on the field for many games.

He was incredibly consistent, playing every minute of 171 matches in a row! This amazing streak lasted from November 2002 to August 2007. It shows how important and reliable he was to his team.

Team Achievements and Later Years

During his time with Sanfrecce Hiroshima, the team achieved some great things. They reached the finals of the Emperor's Cup in 1999 and 2007. They also made it to the final of the J.League Cup in 2010.

Later in his career, Kota's playing time started to decrease. In 2012, he moved to Fagiano Okayama, a club in the J2 League. He played 14 games for them before deciding to retire from professional football at the end of the 2012 season.
