Early International Success
Kristal first competed internationally at the 2018 IAAF World U20 Championships in Tampere. She showed great skill by winning a bronze medal in the 100 metres race. Her time was 11.37 seconds. She also helped the British 4 x 100 metres relay team win another bronze medal.
In 2019, Kristal competed in the 60 metres at the 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow. She finished fourth, which was a great achievement. She also set her personal best time of 7.15 seconds in this race. Later that year, she ran in the 200 metres at the 2019 European Athletics U23 Championships in Gävle. She finished sixth in that competition.
