Kristopher Reisz (born February 7, 1979) is an American author. He is well-known for writing exciting young adult novels. These are books written especially for teenagers.
Kristopher Reisz's Early Life
Kristopher Reisz grew up in a place called Decatur, Alabama, in the United States. He became very interested in writing when he was in high school.
When he went to college, he worked for the student newspaper. He also helped edit the school's literary magazine. He once said that he wanted to learn everything he could about being a writer. Before becoming a full-time author, Reisz worked as a paramedic. He also worked in a hospital that helps people with mental health.
Kristopher Reisz's Books
Kristopher Reisz published his very first novel in 2006. It was called Tripping to Somewhere. Two years later, in 2008, his second novel came out. This book was titled Unleashed.
He also wrote a short story called "Quiet Haunts." This story was published online in 2009. In 2008, Kristopher Reisz shared on his blog that he was working on a new novel. It was going to be called The Drowned Forest. By February 2010, he announced that the book was finished.
In 2010, Reisz released a free e-book for everyone to read. It was called Quiet Haunts and Other Stories. This e-book included the two short stories he had already published. It also had two brand new stories that had never been seen before.
