History of Kulpmont
Kulpmont officially became a borough on August 24, 1915. Its growth was helped by a person named Monroe Henry Kulp.

The Kulpmont 100 Organization
The Kulpmont 100 is a special group that helps the community. It is a charity recognized by the government.
This group was started to celebrate Kulpmont's 100th anniversary in 2015. It was suggested by Borough Councilman Nick Bozza and resident Joseph Pancerella.
Since then, the Kulpmont 100 has done many good things. They organize community events and help make the borough look nicer. They have built playgrounds and a dog park.
They also improved sports fields and bought holiday decorations. The group buys banners for Memorial Day. They also raise money for Camp Dost, which is a camp for kids with cancer. Plus, they give scholarships to students from Kulpmont who are going to college.
