Kutch is a small, quiet place in Elbert County, Colorado, in the U.S. state of Colorado. It's known as an unincorporated community, which means it's a settlement that isn't part of a larger city or town. Instead, it's managed directly by the county government.
History of Kutch
The area known as Kutch got its name from a local rancher named Ira Kutch. A post office was opened in Kutch in 1905. It served the community for many years, helping people send and receive mail, until it closed down in 1971.
