He also acted in early films. In 1965, he was in the big movie The Greatest Story Ever Told. He played the son of Simon of Cyrene, who was played by Sidney Poitier. Later, Kyle appeared in movies like Roger Vadim's Pretty Maids All in a Row (1971) and Brother on the Run (1973).
