Lacey Earnest Hearn (born March 23, 1881 – died October 19, 1969) was an American athlete. He was a middle distance runner who competed in the early 1900s.

Lacey Hearn won two Olympic medals at the 1904 Summer Olympics in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned a bronze medal in the 1500 metres race. He also won a silver medal as part of the American team in the 4-mile team race.
