Lake Weaver is a natural freshwater lake located in Lake Wales, Florida. It is also often called Lake Weader. If you look at maps and websites, it seems both names are used quite a lot.
This lake is found on the north side of Central Avenue. It is also just east of US Highway 27.
Discovering Lake Weaver
Lake Weaver is surrounded by different things. Across the street on Central Avenue, you will find businesses. There are also businesses to the lake's southeast.
On the northeast shore, there is a neighborhood where people live. To the north of the lake, you will find a wooded area.
What Can You Do at Lake Weaver?
For many years, there was a fountain in the lake. You can also find a small park at its southwest corner. This park is a nice spot to relax.
It is important to know that boating and swimming are not allowed in Lake Weaver. However, you can still enjoy the lake by fishing!
Fishing at Lake Weaver
The public can reach the lake shore along its entire south and southeast sides. This means there are good spots to fish from the shore.
