Hilarion "Larry" Cuenca Silva (born October 21, 1937 – died April 27, 2004) was a famous Filipino comedian, actor, boxer, and politician. People also knew him as Pipoy. He started his career as an amateur boxer before becoming a well-known actor in many films. Besides acting and being a popular comedian, he also entered the world of politics. He was elected as a member of the Manila City Council several times from 1995 to 2004. He also served briefly as the acting vice mayor of Manila in 1998.

In 1998, he briefly served as the vice mayor of Manila. This happened when the mayor, Alfredo Lim, resigned to run for president. The vice mayor, Lito Atienza, then became the new mayor. Larry Silva stepped in as the acting vice mayor for a short time.
After this, he was reelected as a councilor in 1998 and again in 2001. He continued to serve the people of Manila until he passed away in 2004.
