The Lawrence Transit System helps people get around Lawrence, Kansas. It is the main way public buses serve the city. This system works closely with the City of Lawrence and the University of Kansas.
The buses run from Monday to Saturday. Most routes operate from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. On days when there are elections, everyone can ride the buses for free! This makes it easy for people to go and vote.
