Leonard ("Leo") Myles-Mills is a former athlete from Ghana. He was born on May 9, 1973, in Accra. Leo was a specialist in the 100 metres sprint. He made history by becoming the first Ghanaian to run the 100 metres in under 10 seconds.

His fastest time in the 100 metres was 9.98 seconds, which he achieved in 1998. This was a Ghanaian record for many years. He also holds the African record for the 60 metres sprint indoors, with a time of 6.45 seconds.
