Leonardo Moreira (盛礼良 レオナルド, Moreira Reonarudo, born 4 February 1986) is a former football player. He was known for playing as a forward. Today, he works as an Interpretation coach for Machida Zelvia.

Leonardo Moreira was born in Brazil. He became a professional football player. He played for many different clubs in Japan.
Playing Career Highlights
Moreira started his senior career in 2005. He played for teams like Japan Soccer College and Sagan Tosu. He was a forward, which means he focused on scoring goals.
He also played for Tokyo Verdy and Tochigi SC. Later, he joined Giravanz Kitakyushu. He spent several years with these teams.
From 2014 to 2015, he played for Blaublitz Akita. After that, he moved to ReinMeer Aomori. He then played for FC Maruyasu Okazaki for four years.
In 2023, Leonardo Moreira officially announced his retirement from playing football.
Becoming a Coach
After ending his playing career, Moreira decided to become a coach. On January 4, 2024, he was named the Interpretation coach for FC Machida Zelvia. In this role, he helps players and staff understand each other, especially if they speak different languages.
Personal Life
Leonardo Moreira made a big change in his life in 2015. On July 17, 2015, he became a Japanese citizen. Before that, his full name in Brazil was Leonardo Augusto Vieira Moreira.
