Letícia Sabatella's Early Life and Career
Letícia Sabatella was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. When she was two years old, her family moved to a small village called Volta Grande Power Plant. Her father worked there as an engineer.
Letícia says she learned to love nature in this green place. She also met people from many different countries there. Today, she lives in Nova Friburgo, a mountain area in Rio de Janeiro. She even grows organic food with her co-workers.
Her Work for Important Causes
Letícia started caring about social issues early in her life. People like Frei Betto and Herbert de Souza taught her that her fame could be used for good, not just for making money.
She became very involved in helping others. She even lived with the Craós indigenous people in Tocantins to understand their way of life. She also camped with members of the Landless Workers' Movement to learn about their goals.

On December 16, 2013, Letícia Sabatella married actor Fernando Alves Pinto in São Paulo. They had been dating for two years. It was a private ceremony with about 350 guests.
