Lewis Ashurst Majendie (born in 1835 – died on October 22, 1885) was a British politician. He was a member of the Conservative Party, which is one of the main political groups in the United Kingdom.

Majendie served as an MP for five years. He held his seat until 1879. He left Parliament by accepting a special job called the Steward of the Chiltern Hundreds. This is an old-fashioned way for an MP to officially resign from their position.

On January 8, 1870, Lewis Majendie got married. His wife was Lady Margaret Elizabeth Lindsay. She was the daughter of Alexander Lindsay, 25th Earl of Crawford.

Lewis and Lady Margaret lived together at Hedingham Castle. This historic castle is located in Essex, a county in England.
