Early Life and First Steps in Music
Semaja Zair Render was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the youngest of seven children. He grew up in areas like Forest Park and Cleveland Avenue in Atlanta.
Lil Gotit started making music with his brother, Lil Keed. They worked together on songs like "Trap Bunkin" and "Dirty Dancer." People soon noticed his music, and it started to become popular.
His stage name, Lil Gotit, comes from a nickname, Maja Gotit. This name was given to him because he seemed to "have everything." He also looks up to the famous rapper Young Thug as his mentor.

Starting His Music Journey (2018-2019)
Lil Gotit began his music career in 2018. He worked with other artists like Lil Uzi Vert on songs such as "Heavy Metal" and "Hercules." He also released "Superstar" with Gunna.

He also performed at The Novo theater in Los Angeles in September 2019 with his brother Lil Keed. Even Drake and Young Thug were there to support them. Lil Gotit continued to perform at other Rolling Loud festivals in Oakland and New York in 2019. He also performed at the A3C Festival in Atlanta.
