Linda Ann Pondexter Chesterfield was born on September 13, 1947, in Hope, Arkansas. She is an American politician and a member of the Democratic Party. She served in the Arkansas Senate for District 12. She held this position starting on January 14, 2013. Before that, she represented District 30.
Linda Chesterfield served in the Arkansas General Assembly for many years. From January 2011 to January 2013, she was in the Senate for District 34. She also served in the Arkansas House of Representatives for District 36 from January 2003 to January 2009. She retired from her role in the Arkansas Senate in 2024.
