Linda Kozlowski is an American actress who is now retired. She was born on January 7, 1958. Linda is most famous for playing the character Sue Charlton in the Crocodile Dundee movies. These popular films were released between 1986 and 2001. Her role in the first Crocodile Dundee movie even earned her a nomination for a Golden Globe Award.

Linda Kozlowski grew up in Fairfield, Connecticut. Her family was of Polish American background. She was born on January 7, 1958.
Linda went to Andrew Warde High School in Fairfield and graduated in 1976. After high school, she studied drama at the famous Juilliard School. She finished her studies there in 1981.
Acting Career Highlights
Linda Kozlowski started her acting career in theater. She appeared in an off-Broadway play called How It All Began in 1981–1982. She also acted on Broadway in the play Death of a Salesman. Later, she played the same role in the 1985 film version of the play.
Becoming a Movie Star
Linda got her big break in 1986. She was chosen to play the main female role in the Australian movie Crocodile Dundee. Her co-star was Paul Hogan. Their characters had great chemistry on screen, which led to a real-life romance between them.
In 1987, Linda Kozlowski was nominated for a Golden Globe Award. This was for her excellent performance as Sue Charlton. Two years later, she acted with Paul Hogan again in Crocodile Dundee II. In 1988, she also appeared in the movie Pass the Ammo and the TV miniseries Favorite Son.
Later Roles and Retirement
After her success, Linda continued acting in several films. She starred with Paul Hogan again in Almost an Angel in 1990. She also appeared in Backstreet Justice and The Neighbor in 1994. In 1995, she was in Village of the Damned.
Her final movie role was in 2001. She once again played Sue Charlton in Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles. Linda decided to stop acting because she was not happy with the types of roles she was getting. She felt the movies were not very good and decided to focus on other things.
Personal Life
Linda Kozlowski met Australian actor Paul Hogan while filming Crocodile Dundee in 1986. They became a couple during the filming of Crocodile Dundee II two years later. They got married on May 5, 1990.
Linda and Paul have one son together, named Chance. The family lived in Los Angeles starting in the late 1990s. Linda and Paul later divorced in 2014.
