Lippy the Lion and Hardy Har Har is a fun animated TV show from the 1960s. It was made by Hanna-Barbera, a famous cartoon studio. The show follows the silly adventures of two main characters: Lippy, a lion, and Hardy, a hyena. They are like humans in many ways, which is called anthropomorphic.

Lippy the lion always wears a torn top hat and a vest. He's usually the one with big ideas, trying to get rich quick or solve problems. Hardy the hyena wears a porkpie hat and a bow tie. He's often gloomy and thinks things will go wrong, saying "Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear." Their voices were done by famous voice actors.

Hardy Har Har is a hyena who is usually sad or worried. He often tries to warn Lippy about possible problems. Even though he's a hyena, he doesn't laugh much. Instead, he often sighs and says "Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear."
