Early Life and Moving to London
Lisa, whose real name is Alicia, was born in Kingston, Jamaica. She grew up in a community called Red Hills and went to Hydel High School. When she was 16, her father passed away. This led her to move to London, England, where she started a new chapter in her life.

Lisa Mercedez began her music career in 2005. She met Stylo G and became the first and only female member of his music group, 'Warning Crew'. Her stage name, Lisa Mercedez, is a special tribute to her father, who loved his old Mercedes-Benz car.
