Murasame Liger transforms into a Hayate Liger for the first time!

Georg's Bio-Tricera is defeated. Murasame Liger changes back. Ruuji names the new form "Hayate Liger". The next day, the group helps fix the village. Ruuji thinks about Digald's attacks. He wants the group to fight back in an organized way. He wants Ra Kan to be the leader. Ra Kan tells his story. His kingdom was taken by Digald. To test Ruuji, Ra Kan challenges him to a fight. He quickly overpowers Ruuji. As the battle ends, Ron finally catches up. He reunites with the group. Ra Kan decides the group will return to Mirodo village.

But they find Mirodo village slowly dying. Ra Kan and Ruuji explain the situation. The villagers agree to fight Digald. Ruuji and the others go back to rejoin their friends.

Torafu's defense force goes to protect Atakka. Meanwhile, the rebels start arguing. The Elephunder team goes off alone. Other groups follow. Each wants to reach Torafu first. The rebels are split up. This makes them easy targets for Zairin's Bio-Zoids. Zairin learns Ruuji has arrived. He goes with Mega-Raptor to fight him. Murasame Liger transforms into Hayate Liger. It defeats Mega-Raptor. It also breaks the dam holding back water. The water flows down the river. It washes away the Bio-Zoids.

The rebels lost many Zoids. They are slowly recovering after the battle. Ra Kan temporarily breaks up the army. This gives everyone time to think. Ruuji and his friends protect Ron's trader friends. Bio-Raptors are attacking them. The traders bring new weapons for the Zoids. Meanwhile, Zairin barely survived Ruuji's attack. He returns to Digu City. Jiin shows him many Mega-Raptors. Zairin gets a new Bio-Zoid called "Volcano".

Ruuji's group splits up. They find more rebels to fight Digald. Ruuji, Mii, and Ron reach their first stop. They learn about "God's Fury". This event destroyed an old, advanced civilization. They hear an explosion outside the city. Ruuji goes to check. Zairin attacks him with his new Zoid, Volcano. Ruuji's weapons can't hurt Volcano. Ruuji has to retreat.

Ra Kan and Kotona get close to Kotona's home. It's Ironrock, a supposedly cursed city. The Makiri, Ironrock's guardians, capture them. Kotona's sister, Rina, leads the Makiri. Kotona remembers her childhood. She remembers how she got Rainbow Jerk. The Makiri give their captives to Digald. But they escape with Kurukku's help. They find Digald's Zoid factory. Digald hunts them again. Rina takes a bullet to save Kotona. Ra Kan and Kotona escape Bio-Ptera. They use their Zoids' new powers.

Garaga and Seijuurou enter the "Demon's Forest". They are looking for a strong Zoid pilot named Danbul. Their Zoids start acting strangely in the forest. They meet an old woman. She says she knows Danbul. Soon after, Bio-Zoids attack them. Two of Digald's new Mega-Raptors are among them. Their Zoids can't move well in the forest. But Garaga and Seijuurou win with new weapons. A new Zoid, Kane Wolf, helps them. The old lady pilots it! She is Danbul, the "man" they sought. She agrees to join Ra Kan's army.

A woman named Gaball attacks Ruuji. She wants revenge for her dead lover, Dinga. Dinga was in Ra Kan's army. Ron convinces her to fight Ruuji in a Zoid battle. Her Brastle Tiger fights Ruuji's Murasame Liger. During the battle, Bio-Zoids appear. Ruuji and Gaball fall into a trap. Ron and Mii rescue them. Murasame transforms into Hayate Liger to finish the fight.

Ruuji's group reaches Katou City. They learn about the People of the Sky. They supposedly had a giant Zoid. It carried people to the heavens. Ruuji and his friends go diving. They find part of this Zoid, the Gildragon. But most of it is under rocks. After leaving, Zairin attacks them. Even Hayate Liger can't defeat him. Ron uses his ultimate attack. It destroys Zairin's Volcano and his own Bamburian. Ron survives by riding on Hayate Liger's back.

Kotona and Ra Kan stop to refuel their Zoids. Kotona defends a citizen from Digald soldiers. Soon, Bio-Kentro attacks her. Ra Kan helps her. But Sword Wolf is badly damaged. Kotona tries to fly it to safety. But Rainbow Jerk is hit and crashes. Ruuji's group arrives to help. They save Ra Kan and Sword Wolf from Bio-Kentro. Hayate Liger enters the battle. Ruuji can't beat Bio-Kentro. Even with Ron's new Bamburian and Mii's Lance Stag. Then, his Liger changes back to Murasame Liger. It makes a deep cut on Bio-Kentro's leg. After the battle, he hears Zairin is alive. He knows he needs to get stronger. An image of "Mugen Liger" appears in his mind.

Ruuji's group returns to Zuuri. Digald soldiers spot them at the secret entrance. The troops sneak attack the city at night. Felme drops Souta and Bio-Kentro into the city. With one leader gone, the Digald forces retreat.

He has lost his memories. Kotona recognizes him as Souta. He piloted the destroyed Bio-Kentro. Souta remembers some things when he sees Murasame Liger. He activates Deadly Kong to fight Murasame. But Ruuji calms him down and knocks him out.

The citizens disguise Zuuri's ruined buildings. They make it look undamaged. This makes the Bio-Raptor Gui forces attack again. Ruuji and the group go to Torafu. They wait for the Bio-Raptors to return. When the flying Zoids are seen, Ron fires many missiles. He destroys them. But Jiin discovers the group. He sends Bio-Raptors after them.

The attackers break into the fortress. They overpower Digald. Felme attacks Torafu's Generator. This makes Ruuji angry. He attacks her. But she escapes him. Volcano starts moving on its own. It uses its Bio-Particle Cannon to destroy Ruuji. But Seijuurou blocks the blast at the last moment. Zairin and the Bio-Zoids quickly retreat.

The rest of the group goes to battle. Souta suddenly remembers Felme. He rushes off to meet her. He steals Mii's Lance Stag. Mii and Ruuji chase him in Murasame Liger. Ron secretly meets Felme. He asks her about her true plans. Souta runs in on their talk. Felme calls him an "easy toy". She summons Bio-Raptors to attack Souta and Ron. Ruuji arrives and fights them. But he loses focus and faints again. The rest of the group arrives just in time to save him.

Digald fights back. They retake several captured cities. Ron, Kotona, Ruuji, and Ra Kan start to solve mysteries. These are about the People of the Sky and the Gildragon. They find a Gildragon buried under Ironrock City. The secret word to activate it is Kotona's real name. Kotona reluctantly agrees to revive the Gildragon. Together, they head for Ironrock.

The Suppression Army handles the Bio-Zoid guards. Ruuji, Kotona, and Ra Kan go into Ironrock's forbidden valley. Kotona reunites with Rina. Rina leads them to the Makiri's sacred grounds. The Gildragon is buried there. Rina and Kotona say the secret words. The ground opens, releasing the Zoid. But Kotona can't pilot it. Souta senses this. He rushes to help her. The rest of the group battles Zairin. With Souta's help, Gildragon activates. The others jump on board as it takes off.

Decalto Dragon appears. It guides Gildragon to Sora City. When they arrive, Zairin and Seijuurou get their wounds treated. The group is told it will take three days. This is to make the special Metal Zi bullets. On the third day, everyone gathers. But security forces suddenly appear. They arrest Ron. Meanwhile, Felme and the Bio-Raptor Gui armies launch. They prepare to attack Sora City.

Digald forces, led by Felme, attack Sora City. They break through the energy shields. They fight Sora's automated defense Zoids. They also fight its two Decalto Dragons. Volcano faces off against the completed Bio-Tyranno. Felme rescues Zairin. They both flee.

He gets inside Bio-Tricera's shield. He destroys himself and Georg in a brave attack.

Zairin arrives. He damages Bio-Tyranno. It can't use its Divine Thunder attack. But Murasame Liger's Zoid Core is pierced. It stops moving. The group launches their final attack on Jiin. Ra Kan, who is alive, also joins! Ruuji's will makes his Zoid's Core regenerate. Murasame transforms into Mugen Liger. It delivers the final blow to Bio-Tyranno's Zoid core.
