Kelowna is a big city in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. About 143,000 people live there, and the city is still growing!
Right now, the tallest building is the One Water Street East Tower. It has 36 floors and is 119 m (390 ft) tall. It's the tallest building in British Columbia outside of the Vancouver area, and the tallest between Vancouver and Calgary!
Kelowna's downtown area has been growing a lot lately. Many new buildings are being built. As of March 2024, Kelowna has two tall buildings over 100 m (328 ft). Many more buildings of similar height are planned or being built, like the Water Street by the Park project.

This list shows the tallest buildings in Kelowna that are at least 30 meters (about 98 feet) tall. We measure their height based on rules from the CTBUH. This includes pointy tops and cool designs, but not antennas.
