Llorenzo Vidal Vidal is a poet, teacher, and peace activist from Mallorca, Spain. He is well-known for creating the School Day of Non-violence and Peace (DENIP) in 1964. This special day encourages schools around the world to learn about non-violence and peace. It's a free and voluntary event where students and teachers from all countries can join in. In 2010, he was named an Ambassador of Peace by a group in Geneva, Switzerland.

About Llorenzo Vidal Vidal
Llorenzo Vidal Vidal was born in Santanyi, Mallorca, in 1936. He became a teacher and later worked as an education inspector in different parts of Spain, including Cádiz, Ceuta, and the Balearic Islands. From 1964 onwards, he dedicated his life to promoting peace and non-violence through education.
The School Day of Non-violence and Peace (DENIP)
The School Day of Non-violence and Peace (DENIP) is a very important project started by Llorenzo Vidal Vidal. It was one of the first ideas of its kind.
