Lotsee is a very small town in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, United States. It is known for being one of the tiniest towns in Oklahoma. In 2020, only 6 people lived there. This was more than the 2 people who lived there in 2010.

The entire town is actually a large family-owned ranch. It covers about 2,000 acres (8.1 square kilometers). This ranch is called the Flying G Ranch. The owner, George Campbell, officially made it a town in 1963. The number of people living in Lotsee reached its highest point in 1970, with 16 residents. After that, the population went down to 7 people by 1980.
