Lovech Province is one of the 28 provinces in the country of Bulgaria. Think of a province like a large region or a state. It is located in the central part of Bulgaria. The main city and capital of this province is also called Lovech. The province covers an area of about 4,128 square kilometers. In 2011, about 141,422 people lived here.
