A writer named Albert Boadella once said that Lucio was like a modern-day Don Quixote, but instead of fighting windmills, he fought against big problems.
His Actions and Beliefs
Lucio Urtubia was involved in a big plan to get money for his political group. This plan involved making fake traveler's checks. He created the special printing plates himself.
A Clever Plan

The police tried to stop him and find his printing plates. But they could not find the plates. Because of this, a big bank and the French government had to make a deal with Lucio Urtubia.
