Lucknerson Junior Mervil (born October 20, 1967) is a talented Haitian-Canadian singer, songwriter, actor, and business person. He is famous for his role as Clopin in the original French and English versions of the musical Notre-Dame-de-Paris.
In the early 1990s, Luck Mervil became well-known as the leader of the pop-rock/funk band RudeLuck. They won a music contest called L’Empire des futures stars. Later, he was asked by Luc Plamondon to star in the new musical Notre-Dame-de-Paris.
In 2001, Luck Mervil started his film career. He appeared in the French movie Betty Fisher et autres histoires. He continued to act in several films. He also returned to musical theater in Quebec with a show called Génération Motown.
Mervil hosted a popular contest for boy and girl bands called Mixmania on Vrak-TV. He won an award for his hosting skills. He also hosted a TV show about public affairs called Le 3950 on TV5.
Luck Mervil is also known for helping his community. After Hurricane Jeanne hit Haiti in 2004, he shared the money from his song "Ti peyi a" with two aid organizations. That year, he was named "Patriot of the Year" for bringing the Haitian and Quebec communities closer. He released his Creole album Ti Peyi A that year, which included popular songs like "Ti Mari" and "Mezanmi."

Luck Mervil was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. When he was four years old, his family moved to Quebec, Canada. He lived in New York from age 12 to 17. After that, he moved back to Quebec.

Luck Mervil has recorded several albums. These albums feature reggae and rap music. He recorded three albums with his band, RudeLuck. In 2000, he released a solo album called Luck Mervil.

In 1998, Mervil played the role of Clopin in the first cast of the Notre-Dame de Paris musical. This role helped him become very well-known.
