Lucille Anne Hood (born January 27, 1958 – died April 2, 2014), known as Lucy Hood, was a very important person in the world of media and technology. She started Fox Mobile Entertainment, a company that made entertainment for mobile phones.

Lucy Hood also led the Institute for Communication Technology Management (CTM) at the University of Southern California (USC). At CTM, she helped guide how technology and communication companies worked together. She was also a teacher at USC's Marshall School of Business.
