Robson Luis Pereira da Silva (born September 21, 1974) is a former Brazilian football player. He was known as Luis Robson and played as a striker, which means he was mainly focused on scoring goals. He was born in Volta Redonda, Brazil.

Playing Career Highlights
Starting Out in Brazil
Luis Robson started his professional football journey in 1992 with a team called Matsubara. He then played for several other Brazilian clubs. In 1996, he joined Goiás. After a year there, he moved to Corinthians for a short time.
Time in Europe and Russia
Robson also played for Leiria in Portugal for about a year. His most successful time as a footballer was when he moved to Russia. He spent five years playing for Spartak Moscow. This team was very strong during his time there.
While playing for Spartak Moscow, Luis Robson helped his team win the Russian Top League five times in a row! He also got to play in the Champions League. This is a very important competition where the best club teams in Europe play against each other.
Later Career and Retirement
After leaving Spartak Moscow, Robson played for a team in Japan called Consadole Sapporo. He also played in France for Lorient. These periods were not as successful for him.
He later returned to Brazil and played for Marilia. In 2006, his contract with Marilia ended, and he decided to stop playing football professionally.
