Lukas Rieger was born in Hannover, Germany. His parents are Michael and Birgit. When he was a child, he took music classes at the Burgdorf grammar school.
Starting Out on The Voice Kids
In 2014, Lukas joined a TV talent show called The Voice Kids. He sang "Can't Hold Us" by Macklemore during his audition. The singer Lena Meyer-Landrut chose him for her team. Even though he did not win, this was an important step in his music career.
Becoming a Social Media Star
After The Voice Kids, Lukas started building his fan base online. He became very popular on social media. By March 2017, he had over 1.7 million followers on Instagram. In 2018, Lukas released his second album, "Code". He then went on tour, performing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic.

In 2019, Lukas tried something new by joining the German dance show Let's Dance. He danced with his partner Katja Kalugina. They were eliminated in the third episode. Later that year, he also acted in a movie called Mein Lotta-Leben - Alles Bingo mit Flamingo!. He played a singer named Marlon in the film, which is based on a popular children's book series.
