Lycia de Biase Bidart (born February 18, 1910 – died 1991) was a very talented Brazilian musician. She was a pianist, violinist, and even led orchestras as a conductor. Lycia also taught music and wrote her own musical pieces.

Lycia de Biase was born in Vitoria, Espirito Santo, Brazil. Her father was Pietrângelo De Biase, and her mother was Maria Arcângela Vivacqua De Biase.
Lycia began her music studies in Rio de Janeiro. She learned to play the piano from a teacher named Neusa Franca. She also studied how to create music and understand its structure with Giovanni Giannetti. Later, she continued her advanced studies with Magdalena Tagliaferro, another famous musician.
Lycia de Biase later married João Baptista Bidart.
