The Story of M&M'S Chocolate Bars

How the M-Azing Bar Began

The M&M'S Chocolate Bar was first launched in 2004. Back then, it was called "M-Azing." It came in regular single bars and smaller "Funsize" packs.

In 2004, the M-Azing bar even appeared on a TV show called The Apprentice. It was in an episode called "Sweet and Lowdown."

Changes Over the Years

In 2005, a new version with M&M's Minis was released. However, by 2006, most types of the M-Azing bar were stopped. Only the crunchy single bar remained. This bar even had a sticker saying "Now with better taste!"

Mars, Incorporated, the company that makes M&M's, had plans to change the bar's name in 2008. But this plan did not happen.

Relaunching as M&M'S Chocolate Bar

In 2013, the M-Azing bar was brought back. This time, it had a new name: the M&M'S Chocolate Bar. This version was sold until 2015.

Then, in late 2018, it was launched again in the United States. It was available there until 2021. Today, the M&M'S Chocolate Bar can still be found in the United Kingdom and other countries around the world.

Fun Advertisements

The advertisements for the M-Azing bars were very creative. They showed people doing amazing things. For example, one ad featured a man balancing a washing machine using only his teeth! These ads helped show how "amazing" the candy bar was.
