Madakasira Vasantha Padma Srivastava (born in 1965) is an Indian doctor who specializes in the brain. She is a neurologist, which means she helps people with brain and nervous system problems. She is also a medical teacher and a writer. Currently, she leads the Neurology department at Paras Healthcare in Gurugram.

Dr. Srivastava is famous for starting the Acute Stroke Programme (also called Code-Red). This special program helps patients who have had a stroke or suffer from epilepsy. It uses advanced methods like Hyperacute Reperfusion and thrombolysis to treat strokes quickly. In 2016, the Indian government gave her the Padma Shri award. This is one of the highest awards a civilian can receive in India, given for her important work in medicine.

Padma Srivastava was born in 1965. She earned her master's degree in neurology in 1990 from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). After her studies, she began her career at AIIMS, where she became a professor of neurology.

One of her biggest contributions to medicine is the Code-Red program at AIIMS. This program uses quick and advanced treatments to help people having a stroke.
