Magaly Solier Romero (born 11 June 1986) is a talented Peruvian actress and singer. She is known for her powerful performances and for singing in indigenous languages.
Magaly Solier was born in a Quechua family in Huanta, Peru. She grew up speaking Quechua, an ancient indigenous language, as well as Spanish. Magaly often talks about how important it is to support and celebrate indigenous languages, traditions, and cultures.
Her journey into the arts began with music. In 2003, she won the Festival de la Canción Ayacuchana, a singing competition. Just a year later, she started her acting career in the movie Madeinusa.
In June 2017, Magaly received a special honor. UNESCO, a part of the United Nations, named her an Artist of Peace in Paris, France. This award recognized her efforts to promote peace and cultural understanding through her art.
Magaly's Life Story
On 9 June 2012, Magaly Solier married Erick Plinio Mendoza Gómez, who is a cyclist. They had a small wedding ceremony in Huamanga, Ayacucho. The couple welcomed their first son on 9 February 2013. In 2015, Magaly shared the happy news that she was expecting her second child.
