Klas Magnus Rosén was born in 1963 in Gothenburg, Sweden. He is a talented musician, best known as a bassist. From 1997 to 2007, he played bass for the Swedish band HammerFall.

Magnus started playing the bass when he was 15 years old. After three years, he went on his first tour with the band Kung Sune. Later, he moved to Los Angeles, where he played in many different bands.

When he returned to Sweden, Magnus joined a band called Billionaires Boys Club. In this band, he played with Anders Johansson, who would later become his bandmate in HammerFall. Other famous musicians like Jörg Fischer, Mark Boals, and Göran Edman also played in Billionaires Boys Club.

Magnus Rosén is also a solo bassist. He has recorded several albums on his own. Sometimes, he goes on solo tours in South America. He donates the money he earns from these tours to help charities.

In 2007, Magnus decided to leave HammerFall. He wanted to spend more time on his own music projects.

New Bands and Albums

In 2008, Magnus joined a group called X-World 5. This group included producer Stefan "Big Swede" Svensson, Andy LaRocque, Reeves Gabrels, and Nils K. Rue. They recorded an experimental album together called New Universal Order.

In November 2009, Magnus became a member of Revolution Renaissance. This was a new band formed by Timo Tolkki, a guitarist from the band Stratovarius.

Live Performances

Magnus also played live with Tony Martin's band, Tony Martin's Headless Cross. Tony Martin was the singer for the famous band Black Sabbath. Their first show was on July 27, 2012, in Birmingham, UK.

In 2015, Magnus Rosén was announced as the new bassist for the Brazilian heavy metal band Shadowside. In 2017, he also joined the Spanish band Avalanch.

Magnus played with Joe Lynn Turner on a tour in Scandinavia in 2017. Joe Lynn Turner is a well-known singer.

Magnus Rosén is also a member of The Senior Management. This band includes Göran Edman, Henrik Zetterlund, and Dennis Heltorp.
