When Did Majority Rules! Air?
The company that made the show, Entertainment One (E1), started filming on January 12, 2009. This show was special because it was one of the first regular live-action programs on Teletoon. Teletoon is a channel mostly known for cartoons. Majority Rules! also aired in the United States. It started showing on the Starz Kids & Family cable network in November 2013.
What's the Show About?
The series follows a fifteen-year-old girl named Rebecca "Becky" Richards (Tracy Spiridakos). Her life changes completely when she gets elected mayor of her hometown, Mayfield. Being a mayor means she has a lot of important jobs. She has to make decisions for the whole town. Even with all the pressure and challenges of her unusual life, Becky always tries to stay positive. She gets a lot of help from her best friends. These friends are Margo Dubois (Jenny Raven) and Kiki Kincaid (Sasha Clements).
