Majursahi (Odia: ମଜୁରସାହି) is a village in the Kalahandi District of Odisha State in India. It is part of the Koksara Block, which is in the Dharmagarh Sub-Division. This village is located within the Phupagaon Panchayat and the Kasibahal RI circle.
Majursahi is about 6.5 kilometers away from Koksara town. It is also 60 kilometers from Bhawanipatna, which is the main city of the Kalahandi District. The state capital, Bhubaneswar, is about 500 kilometers away. The name Majursahi comes from the word majur or mayur, which means peacock. Many hundreds of years ago, peacocks were often seen in this village, giving it its unique name.
