Starting Out in Calgary
Malyk Hamilton began playing soccer in his hometown of Calgary, Alberta. He started with local teams like Calgary Northern Hills. After that, he played for Calgary Deerfoot and then Calgary Southwest United. These early teams helped him develop his skills.
Playing for West Ham United
When Malyk was 12 years old, he joined the West Ham United Academy. This is a famous soccer club in England. He played for their youth teams, including the U-18 Premier League. He made 25 appearances in that league. He also played a short time in the Premier League 2, which is a league for older youth players. Malyk left West Ham in March 2018.
Time with Toronto FC II
