Margot Bingham is a talented American actress and singer. She is well-known for her role as Daughter Maitland, a jazz singer, in the TV series Boardwalk Empire. Later, in 2015, she became a main character in the ABC drama series The Family. In 2021, she also starred in the final season of The Walking Dead.

Margot Bingham was born in August 1988. She grew up in Green Tree, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her father, Craig Bingham, used to play football for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Her mother is Lynne Bingham.
Margot finished high school in 2006 at the Pittsburgh Creative and Performing Arts School. She then studied at Point Park University for two years. After that, she moved to New York City to pursue her dreams.

In New York, Margot began acting on stage in 2010. She had a role in the 2011 play Rent. Around the same time, she also appeared in a web series called In Between Men. She performed at BAM Cafe, a famous venue in Brooklyn.
